• Items that are damaged due to misuse or lack of care.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.
3. Return the product to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item).

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
• Refunds will only cover the cost of the returned product. If the product was purchased with a promotional discount or coupon, the refund will be issued based on the discounted amount.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you desire.

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs duties, taxes, and fees may also apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
